In addition to its spacious terrace, the caf\u00e9 boasts two charming dining rooms and a to-go counter located on a busy shopping street. Recently, a new crowd favorite was added to the menu: soft serve ice cream.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cfe44b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1cfe44b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dda6d3 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0dda6d3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2fb31f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e2fb31f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 id=\"h-1-serveer-een-milkshake-van-het-seizoen\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Rising Demand for Soft Serve<\/strong><\/h3><p>The to-go counter at Stadscaf\u00e9 Simons initially offered mostly traditional scoop ice cream. Eventually, they landed on a compact RAPP soft serve machine from NISSEI. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t take up much space, but it delivers the output we need for our business.\u201d<br \/><br \/><\/p><h3 id=\"h-3-maak-gebruik-van-de-twisterlepel\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Ease of Use First<\/h3><p>Their first introduction to NISSEI happened at the Horecava hospitality trade show, where the RAPP machines stood out \u2014 especially for their ease of use. \u201cWith the touchscreen interface, even a beginner can get the hang of it. Cleaning the machine is also super straightforward. <br \/><br \/>NISSEI also offers strong support to make soft serve sales even easier.<br data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1888\" \/>\u201cThey come by twice a year for scheduled maintenance,\u201d Welling explains. \u201cAnd whenever we have questions, we get answers quickly. Everything\u2019s taken care of.\u201d<br \/><br \/><\/p><h3 id=\"h-4-bied-meerdere-smaken-softijs-aan\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong><strong>Soft Serve in Desserts<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2323\">To keep soft serve sales going even during the colder months, Simons incorporates it into many of their dessert offerings. \u201cThat way, even when walk-up traffic at the counter slows down, soft serve sales continue through our menu,\u201d Welling says.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2639\">Their menu includes fun kids&#8217; sundaes as well as indulgent options for adults \u2014 like a banana sundae with soft serve or a deluxe creation with KitKat and chocolate drizzle. It\u2019s a varied menu that delivers high margins with ease. \u201cWhen you use soft serve in your desserts, you can really make it work for you.\u201d<br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d05e5fa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d05e5fa\" data-element_type=\"container\"
